What decides your Fleet Scanner price
Every quote is built from the same four things, so you only pay for the vehicles, modules and deployment your fleet uses.
Number of vehicles
Cloud plans scale with the vehicles or GPS devices you connect, so a 10-truck fleet and a 500-truck fleet pay for what they run.
Modules you choose
Start with live tracking and trips, then add LR and e-way bills, fuel monitoring, maintenance, CRM or freight billing when you need them.
Cloud or self-hosted
Run Fleet Scanner on our cloud, or license it to run on your own server with your data kept inside your infrastructure.
White-label branding
GPS dealers and resellers can run the platform under their own brand and domain on the Enterprise tier.

How is Fleet Scanner priced?
Fleet Scanner is priced in tiers: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. The right tier depends on your fleet size, the modules you need, and how you want to deploy. Because fleets vary widely, we give a quote based on your specifics rather than a single fixed number for every organization.
Can I self-host or white-label Fleet Scanner?
Yes. Self-hosted, on-premise, and white-label deployment are available on the Enterprise tier. These options suit organizations that need fleet data inside their own infrastructure or want to run the platform under their own brand.
Is the AI agent included in pricing?
The built-in AI agent is included from the Pro tier upward. It lets your team ask questions about the fleet in plain language and get answers drawn from your own connected data.
Do I pay per vehicle?
Cloud plans are usually billed per vehicle or per GPS device, monthly, quarterly or annually, as stated in your quote. Self-hosted and white-label Enterprise deployments are licensed differently, and we explain the options for your fleet in the quote.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Quotes are given excluding GST. GST is added to every invoice, and invoices carry the details your accounts team needs to claim input tax credit.
Can I use the GPS devices I already have?
In most cases, yes. Fleet Scanner works with a wide range of GPS trackers, including AIS-140 approved devices, so you usually do not need to replace hardware. Check the supported devices list or send us your device models before the quote.
