It manages your drivers end to end in one record. What is a driver behaviour RAG report?
RAG stands for Red, Amber, Green. Fleet Scanner scores each driver out of 100 from telematics events (overspeed, harsh braking and acceleration, idling, night driving, seatbelt use and fatigue) and classifies them Green (safe), Amber (watch) or Red (high risk). It makes your safest and riskiest drivers obvious so coaching and incentives target the right people.
How does driver attendance tracking work?
Each driver’s daily check-in and check-out, shift (day or night), hours worked and overtime are recorded, with status shown as present, on-trip, absent or leave. Overtime is calculated automatically, giving live availability for dispatch and accurate hours for payroll without a paper register.
How is driver settlement calculated?
After a trip closes, settlement is built automatically as hire or salary plus allowances, minus the advance given, minus any penalties, minus TDS, leaving a net payable. Every figure traces back to the trip, so pay is fast and not disputed, and pending versus settled amounts are tracked across the fleet.
How does the rewards and penalty system work?
It’s points-based. Drivers earn points for on-time delivery, fuel efficiency and zero violations, and lose points for overspeed or damage. The net points convert to a reward amount that feeds into settlement, so a safe, efficient driver earns a bonus while a repeat offender’s pay reflects the risk.
